Cancellation guidelines

We understand that plans can change. The following conditions apply to cancellations:

Up to 14 days before check-in: You will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

Between 7 and 14 days before check-in: You will receive a partial refund (50%) of the rental price.

Less than 7 days before check-in: For short-notice cancellations (less than 7 days before arrival), no refund is possible.
